Taking the spirit of Ladies Night home.

Pathé’s brief was clear: develop a strong merchandise range for Ladies Night. The task was to create a cohesive collection. The products needed to express the event’s identity and be attractive to carry and use.

The starting point was a collection people would want to be seen with. That guided both its look and its combination of items: visually striking, with a place in everyday life.

The collection brought together bags, a compact mirror with a brush and a phone grip. Gold and pink gave the bags a striking appearance. The Ladies Night identity connected the different items, even as their sizes and functions changed.

That consistency is what makes a merchandise collection recognisable. The bag takes the event’s look out into the world; a compact accessory brings the same identity to a different everyday moment.

We developed the ideas and design, then managed production and delivery. This allowed us to develop the collection as a whole: different items with a shared look, intended for the same event.

The result was a complete merchandise range with a distinctive character. A physical expression of Ladies Night, made for use during the evening and afterwards.

A distinctive event has its own atmosphere. Translating that into a cohesive collection creates merchandise that belongs to the occasion. In this project, we combined creative development and delivery so that the same idea ran through concept, design and execution.
